Experience Required: 5+ years


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition for Specialized Platforms: Focus on sourcing and recruiting female candidates for a dating platform using a mix of internal resources and external networks.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and candidates, ensuring strong relationships and effective recruitment processes.
  • Client Management: Foster client relationships to ensure their hiring needs are met with the highest standards of service.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates from application to onboarding.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Resourcing & Screening: Advertise job openings, conduct interviews, and register suitable candidates while ensuring their fit and compliance.
  • Networking & Market Expansion: Utilize your professional network to develop both existing and new client bases, identifying new opportunities proactively.
  • Active Candidate Sourcing: Leverage industry networking, internal databases, and targeted search efforts to identify high-quality candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficient in sourcing and recruitment strategies.
    • Strong sales and customer service skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Confident, outgoing personality with a results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
    • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive remuneration package ranging between NGN 300,000 to NGN 400,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
