Position Summary: HR Virtual Assistant (Remote)
We are on the lookout for a motivated and organized HR Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Human Resources looking to jumpstart their career by supporting recruitment processes and contributing to operational efficiency. As an HR Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in administrative functions, recruitment management, and ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from initial candidate outreach through to final hiring stages.
- Job Post Management: Manage job postings, review resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Provide document preparation, scheduling, and other administrative assistance to the HR team.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates, offering timely updates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Availability: Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, totaling 172 hours per month.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with virtual communication tools.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
